Our Story
Founded in 2012, Merriment Homes specializes in Spec Home building. We are a design build firm, meaning we are involved in our projects from the initial design, site planning, and throughout the entire construction process. We are fluent in all aspects of fine home building, but we are best known for our extraordinary attention to design, detail, and sustainable building practices. Our team brings more than 20 years of residential construction and finance experience to the table. We build with our future buyers in mind.
